Appoints New Vice President to Spearhead Global Operations

Generators (AWGs) for home, office and commercial applications, announced
today that Alberto Rodriguez has joined the Company as Vice President
of Global Operations. "With more than 25 years of experience in
engineering design, construction management and high-level project management,
Mr. Rodriguez is an important addition to our growing management staff,"
said Paul S. Lipschutz, WaterPure President.
Mr. Rodriguez began his career with the Naval Facilities Engineering
Command and has been managing major projects with responsibilities for
the establishment, evaluation and compliance of HVAC, mechanical and
electrical standards of facilities for government and the private sector,
including a 500 Deluxe Room Expansion Tower for Bally's Hotel and Casino
in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Lipschutz added, "Mr. Rodriguez's
extensive knowledge of capital improvement and plant adaptation are
highly-valued assets that will assist WaterPure in its plans to bring
large-scale AWGs into water-starved parts of the world."
Rodriguez earned his B.S. in Engineering in 1983 from Widener University,
formally Pennsylvania Military Academy. He continued his postgraduate
education at Widener University, Chester Pennsylvania in Engineering
Management (Masters Program).

The WaterPure Atmospheric Water Generator extracts moisture from the
atmosphere through a condensation process and transforms it into absolutely
pure, healthy drinking water. Multiple air and water filtration systems
