INC. AND EVEREST WATER LTD. REVISE PAYMENT TERMS OF PATENT LICENSE TO
PRODUCE WATER FROM AIR

WaterPure International, Inc. (the “Company” or “WaterPure”) (WPUR OTC:BB) announced today that it has executed an amended Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG) patent license agreement with Everest Water, Ltd. revising the payment terms of the original license. Under the previous agreement, WaterPure was required to make all license fee payments in the current year. The revised terms now call for gradually escalating quarterly payments spread over several years easing the impact on the Company’s cash flow. “With the Everest patent license revisions completed, we are now moving to the next level of our business plan which is to manufacture our own branded proprietary AWG product,” Said Paul S. Lipschutz, the Company’s President. “Our engineers have added certain functional modifications to the product and we are now finalizing the assembly of our first pre-production models in preparation for full scale manufacturing immediately following testing. We plan to manufacture in several locations to ensure a steady flow of product availability, however it is our ultimate goal to keep our business here at home and have our AWGs Made In America” said Lipschutz.

AWGs extract moisture from the atmosphere through a condensation process
and transform it creating absolutely pure, healthy drinking water. Multiple
air and water filtration systems remove particulate matter smaller than
.01 microns. Utilizing high intensity UV (ultra violet), it eliminates
any microorganisms including bacteria and viruses. Test results of WaterPure
water measured 99.9% purity, far exceeding EPA requirements. Operating
on standard 110v power in the USA, it is extremely efficient and uses
a minimal amount of energy to produce water. The unit requires no plumbing,
water lines, or pipes and is easily installed. Driven by a microcomputer
control system, it will stop generating water when full. The WaterPure
purification system employs special filters to remove any unpleasant
tastes or odor that may be present in the air.
